FEELINGS, IN MY POINT OF VIEW, ARE THE EMOTIONS WE EXPERIENCE. Sometimes we are sad, amazed, calm, relaxed, happy broken hearted, excited etc these all are feelings.Last week, it happened to me that while i was visiting my relatives i saw two men fighting and abusing on the road. The reason was that the one man was in the hurry so he turned his bike from the wrong side of the road.
Sometimes there are some feelings which we can control. For example if someone abuses us we can control ourself and try not to respond the that person in the same way. There are thousand different ways to handle this situation. We can work on that. Sometimes controlling our feelings and emotions is the best thing to do.
But on the other hand there are also some situations where we can not control our emotions. Like on the wedding we feel happy so we express it in the different ways. THROUGH OUR FACE EXPRESSIONS, BODY LANGUAGE, OUR REACTIONS TO DIFFERENT THINGS ETC.
When we feel happy we dress up nicely so these count as our own different ways to express our feelings. On the death of someone we feel sad so we express it by crying, weeping or by dressing up in simple clothes.
So feelings, emotions and their expression is not TOTALLY in our control but still we can try our best to control our emotions. Because in some situations in life controlling your feelings and emotions, is of great benefit, and so is the best thing to do. But controlling emotions does not mean not to express your happiness or enjoy life. It means not to become a victim of your feelings because somethings its not a good thing to do.
